ORDER INFORMATION

How soon will you dispatch my Order?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving order confirmation.

Can I change my Order?

We are unable to accept any changes to your order once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued. All orders are final and non-refundable unless cancelled prior to dispatched and a tracking number issued.

To change an order, email us at hello@sweetdeliveries.com.au your order details with “AMEND ORDER” at the beginning of the Subject heading. We can’t make any guarantees, but we will certainly do our best to accommodate your request providing your order has not been dispatched.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Can I cancel my Order?

Please note orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued. All orders are final and non-refundable unless cancelled prior to dispatched and a tracking number issued.

To cancel an order, email us at hello@sweetdeliveries.com.au your order details with “CANCELLATION REQUEST” at the beginning of the Subject heading. We can’t make any guarantees, but we will certainly do our best to accommodate your request providing your order has not been dispatched.

Can I return my Order?

We are unable to accept any returns once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued.

All orders are final and non-refundable unless cancelled prior to dispatched and a tracking number issued.

For health and safety reasons, perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

$10 Flat Rate Standard Delivery

We charge a flat rate of $10 to all Australian addresses. We have an Express Post option for an additional $20 which includes priority dispatch.

Free Standard Delivery for orders over $50

We offer Free standard delivery for orders over $50 to all Australian addresses. For orders below $50, we charge a flat rate of $10. We have an Express Post option for an additional $20 which includes priority dispatch.

How do we deliver?

We predominately use Australia Post and Couriers Please for all deliveries and will use which ever service will deliver your purchase in the shortest timeframe.

 

How can I track my Order?

You will receive a tracking number/link via email within 24 hours of your shipping label being generated. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to go live.

Does the recipient need to be home for Delivery?

We generally require someone to be home at the time of delivery, however it will be at the discretion of the delivery driver to either leave your delivery in a safe place or provide collection details for collection at a convenient time if no one is home at the time of delivery.

For all deliveries containing alcohol, ID will be required to be presented upon delivery.

Sweet Deliveries take no responsibility or liability arising from loss or damage as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or any returned, melted, infested or undelivered products.

Unattended Deliveries

It will be at the discretion of the delivery driver to either leave your delivery in a safe place or provide collection details for collection at a convenient time if no one is home at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Get it Express

We can Express Post your order through Australia Post for an additional $20 with guaranteed dispatch within 1 business day of receiving order confirmation.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot guarantee the delivery timeframes by Australia Post and will not be held liable for delivery delays that may arise.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

When will you respond to my Email?

We will do our best to respond to all emails within 1 business day. We are unavailable on weekends. We clock off at 5pm on Fridays and enjoy our weekends before jumping back in on Monday mornings! We also like to enjoy our public holidays!

 

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

Are there Nuts involved?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a product in any of our boxes does not contain traces of nuts.

  

ALCOHOL & LIQUOR LICENSING 

Liquor Licensing

Sweet Deliveries Boxes are designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to someone other than the purchaser. For boxes containing liquor, it does not exceed one litre as per liquor licensing regulations. Sweet Deliveries are committed to complying with all liquor licensing regulations. For all gifts containing alcohol, the recipient must be aged over 18 years and ID will be required on Delivery.

Any orders received that exceed one litre of liquor will automatically be cancelled and payment refunded.
